If you are 18 years of age or younger representing a Service Group, please provide:


Note: Middle School volunteers may work during the Move-in/Set-up and Tear-down of Shop.  One adult must accompany every five students.

This form will accept one day and one time only with a maximum of 12 volunteers. Please re-enter the web site to work multiple days or request the same day and time for additional volunteers (if your total is over 12).

After clicking the "submit" button below, you will receive a message stating that your request has been received. This is not your confirmation email.

A confirmation email will be sent only after requests have been scheduled. This confirm email will state the date, time, and number of volunteers scheduled to work. Please contact the Volunteer Scheduler (jococbvolunteers@aol.com) with any cancelations or any changes in the total number of volunteers working.
